Return & Refund Policy

At Teknotize Merchandise, every product is made specifically for you through our print-on-demand process. Because each item is custom printed after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or simply ordering the wrong product/design.

When Is a Return or Refund Accepted?

A return or refund will only be considered if there is a genuine issue with the product, such as:

• You received a different product from the one you ordered.
• The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
• The design/print is significantly damaged, incorrect, or poorly printed.
• The shirt or product arrives torn, damaged, or defective.
• There is another clear issue that occurred during the production or fulfillment process.

If your order has one of these issues, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product so our team can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

14-Day Return Period

Any eligible return or issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 14 days may not be accepted.

Please note that the product must be in the same condition in which it was received unless the issue itself is related to damage, printing, or a manufacturing defect.

Important: Please Check Your Order Carefully

Because Teknotize Merchandise operates as a print-on-demand company focused on helping build and support athletes' brands, every product is individually produced after an order is placed. Once a product has been printed and fulfilled, it generally cannot be resold or returned to inventory.

For this reason, please carefully review your product, size, color, design, and other order details before completing your purchase. We are unable to provide a refund simply because you ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong size/color, changed your mind, or no longer want the product.
