Our products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Because products are made on demand, we do not maintain traditional inventory for most products.

2. Eligibility

However, actual product colors may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, printing process, and material.

Because our products are produced on demand, slight variations in printing, placement, texture, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

4. Orders

When you place an order with Teknotize Merchandise, you are responsible for reviewing all order information before completing your purchase.

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

5. Print-on-Demand Production

Our products are produced specifically for individual orders.

Because an item is printed or manufactured after purchase, it generally cannot be returned to inventory and resold.

For this reason, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect color selected by the customer
• Incorrect product selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• No longer wanting the product
• Ordering the wrong design
• Normal variations associated with print-on-demand production

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, significantly misprinted, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Athletes and agencies are responsible for ensuring that the names, logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, and other materials they provide to us are authorized for use.

All original content belonging to Teknotize Merchandise, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Brand names
• Graphics
• Designs
• Website content
• Photography
• Text
• Marketing materials
• Layouts
• Visual elements

is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially used without prior written permission.

You may not use Teknotize Merchandise branding, designs, or content to create competing products or services without our written authorization.

11. Customer-Submitted Content
